Is transportation included?

Transportation is not included. Please arrive at the provided meeting location.

Does the waterpark provide parking?

Yes, the waterpark provides parking located at the Aquaventure Parking area. From there, a free shuttle service will take you directly to the Aquaventure World water park entrance.

Does the waterpark provide towels and lockers?

Yes, the waterpark provides towel for 45 AED and locker for 65 AED.

Do I need to take original passport / ID with me?

No original ID required — a soft copy of your passport/ID on your phone is fully accepted.

You will receive your booking confirmation via email and WhatsApp.

Check-in is easy: Just show your booking confirmation on your mobile when you arrive.
