No, marriage is not required. Everyone is welcome to stay together in our apartments and villas without any marriage certificate.

Are pets allowed?

Please note that only specific units in our inventory accept pets, and additional fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. If Pet approved for your chosen property, the Pet Addendum must be submitted before your stay, along with full payment of the applicable Pet Fee.

Is transportation included?

Transportation:

Transport is not included, but we can arrange a comfortable luxury car to pick you up and take you to the property.

The same service can be arranged for your transfer after check-out.

Do I need to present original passport / ID?

Important: An original passport or ID is required for the check-in process at the property.

You will receive your booking confirmation via email and WhatsApp.

Booking Requirements

A valid passport copy must be provided at the time of booking.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required upon booking to cover any potential damages. This amount will be fully refunded after check-out, following a successful inspection of the property.

Cancellation Policy

If the check-in date is at least 30 nights from the date of the written cancellation request, a full refund applies. If the check-in date is less than 30 nights away, the reservation is non-refundable.
