Arrival
All passengers should arrive for check–in no later than 45 minutes prior to departure time. The tour operator reserves the right to consider late passengers as “No shows”.

Cancellation Policy
A full 100% refund is applicable for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour. If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or technical issues with the aircraft, the customer will be notified by phone or email. A full refund will be issued, or rescheduling can be arranged.
