What is the age policy?

Participation is restricted to guests between 5 and 70 years of age.

What are the weight restrictions?

Passengers exceeding 119 kg (260 lbs) are required to purchase an additional seat to comply with safety regulations.

Is transportation included?

Private car transportation included (within Dubai).

Do I need to take original passport / ID with me?

No original ID required — a soft copy of your passport/ID on your phone is fully accepted.

Weather policy

All activities are subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel tours to prioritize passenger safety.

Booking Requirements

A valid passport copy and each passenger’s weight must be provided at the time of booking, as required by Gulf Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations. All guests must also complete and sign a waiver form on-site before the flight.

Cancellation policy

A full 100% refund is applicable for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour.
