What is the age policy?

Participation is restricted to guests aged 17 and above.

What are the weight restrictions?

For safety reasons, the operator requires each customer to meet the weight requirements: a maximum weight of 105kg or less, and during the summer months (due to weather conditions), a maximum weight of 100kg or less.

What altitude will be the flight?

Flying Altitude: The flight reaches an altitude of up to 1,500 ft (457 meters) above ground level.

What should I wear?

You should ideally be in comfortable sports, athletic wear, and shoes.

Passengers with long hair, should tie their hair during their flight.

Bring a jacket or sweater during the colder months (October to March).

Can I wear glasses / lenses during my skydiving?

Yes, you can.

Will I take off and land from the same place I checked-in?

Yes the check-in center and the drop-off zone are both situated at the same location. You will start and finish your experience at the same facility.

Can I take my own camera?

For safety reasons, passengers are not allowed to carry phones, cameras, or selfie sticks on board the gyrocopter. An edited video and standard photos of your flight will be provided complimentary and emailed to you within 24 hours of your flight.

Do I need to take original passport / ID with me?

Mandatory: Every passenger must carry their original Passport or Emirates ID to check-in for the flight.

Is transportation included?

Transportation is not included. Please arrive at the provided meeting location.

Can I bring children / family with me?

Friends and family are welcome to join you! We provide a comfortable waiting area featuring a café, free WiFi, and an outdoor viewing deck where they can watch the skydivers land.

Please note: Children under the age of 15 years must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian while at the facility.

Terms & Conditions

Arrival

All passengers should arrive for check–in at least 30 minutes before your booked slot. The tour operator reserves the right to consider late passengers as “No shows”.

Insurance

Passengers are insured in congruence with the local UAE Civil Aviation regulations.

Cancellation Policy

Tickets are strictly non-refundable.
Due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances may require immediate changes. In such cases you will be contacted to reschedule your booking.
The tour operator is unable to issue refunds for circumstances like not meeting the age policy, weight, being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
